Hi, I'm Henry Benson.

Henry Benson is an artist and visual storyteller based in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, in the Middle Western part of the United States. At the tender age of 12 Henry received his first camera, an iPod Touch with eight built in filters. While most kids wanted to play Games all Henry wanted to do was take photos. He would jump at every opportunity to get a shot he wanted and made sure it looked exactly like he wanted. This passion persisted and is still present to this day. In high school he studied under artists Nate Stromberg and Reid Westrem, learning technical skill as well as representative and was pushed to not only make beautiful photos, but photos that mean something. Whether it be Digital or Analogue, Henry still makes photos with the same attention and dedication as when he got his first camera.

Henry's work is not so much focused on the perfect photo or the "decisive moment" but rather the perfectly imperfect photo, the one shot where all facades are stripped away leaving the most beautiful version of his subject.

Henry's Design and Photo work have been recognized and awarded
